台風19号による災害が発生してから2週間ほど経ちましたが、北相木村だけでなく関東・甲信越全体へ強い雨が降ることも多く、余談を許せない状況が続いています。

On Oct./12/2019, Typhoon Hagibis (No. 19) has attacked to Japan.
We had a recorded heavy rain around Kanto-Koshin area, and this heavy rain made a terrible damage, such as collaption of dikes or floods.
2019年10月12日、台風19号（ハギビス）が日本列島を襲いました。関東甲信地方を中心に記録的な大雨が降り、各地で堤防が破壊され洪水が発生するなど、甚大な被害が発生しました。
In my hometown, Kita-Aiki in Nagano pref., had a huge disaster also.
Heavy rain made a muddy stream on Aikigawa river, that is located at the center of Kita-Aiki. And due to this muddy stream, the vegitable farms around the river were totally destroyed. Vegitables that were close to harvest, cabbege, daikon, Chinese cabegge, etc, were died. And so much amount of driftwood was going down into the river, and they were stacked at the brigdes.
Route 124, a main road of Kita-Aiki was also damaged, and the electricity pole were fallen down. Upper part of Kita-Aiki, Shiraiwa district and Shimoarai district is still no electricy back to normal (as of Oct./16/2019).

私の故郷、長野県南佐久郡北相木村でも大規模な災害が発生しました。北相木村を流れる千曲川の支流 相木川で濁流が発生し、流域に位置する田畑は根こそぎ濁流にもぎ取られました。収穫間近だったキャベツ、大根、白菜などの高原野菜たちは、この台風によりすべてダメになりました。また大量の流木が相木川に流入し、橋に引っかかっていきました。村の幹線道路である県道124号線も破壊され、電柱は倒れ、上流に位置する白岩、下新井地区はまだ停電から回復していません（2019/10/16現在）。
My hometown, Kita-Aiki is really small village, the population is less than 1,000, and there is no young people at all. The budget for the recovery is small, and I expect it will take a long time. To recover from this situation quickly, we need a budget. Therefore I would like to ask you to donate for Kita-Aiki. I will forward all the donated money to Kita-Aiki minucipality office.
人口1,000人に満たない小さな村であり、若い人たちもあまりいません。復興のための予算もあまり取れず、回復には長い時間がかかると思われます。このような状況から一刻も早く立ち直るため、皆様のご寄付をお願いいたします。ご寄付いただいた予算は、全額必ず北相木村役場にお渡しいたします。
Even small amount is ok, please consider to save Kita-Aiki. Thank you for your understanding and help.
